We offer a thoughtfully designed studio apartment located in the vibrant city center, just steps away from two of the largest parks and a popular shopping street. Transportation is exceptionally convenient: the 4-6 tram, M3 and M1 metro lines, trolleys, and buses are all within a short walk.
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a high-quality 20 cm mattress with a mattress protector, and a brand-new 4K Ultra HD smart TV. Each unit has its own independent fuse box for convenient control, while an automated air-circulation system keeps the hallway fresh.

Connectivity is fast and stable with 5G and 6G internet, strengthened by three routers. A smart lock, hallway security camera, five smoke detectors, and an additional built-in storage unit provide comfort and safety. All kitchens and storage areas were custom-built by a carpenter for optimal functionality.

Heating and cooling are ensured by a 3.5 kW air-conditioning unit. The bathroom features ambient lighting and an extra electric radiator. One of the apartments (the green-beige one) includes a dishwasher.

A washing machine and dryer are located in the hallway and can be used on a shared basis with the other apartments.

THE MONHTLY UTILITY IS FIXED 125 EUR. (The rent includes a regular, monthly cleaning.
