    (1) K\u00f6telesek vagyunk t\u00f6r\u00f6lj\u00fck a szem\u00e9lyes adatot, ha
    \u2022 a) kezel\u00e9se jogellenes;
    \u2022 b) \u00d6n visszavonja az adatkezel\u00e9s alapj\u00e1t k\u00e9pez\u0151 hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1t, vagy k\u00e9ri az adatainak t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9t \u00e9s az adatkezel\u00e9snek nincs m\u00e1s jogalapja;
    \u2022 c) az hi\u00e1nyos vagy t\u00e9ves – \u00e9s ez az \u00e1llapot jogszer\u0171en nem orvosolhat\u00f3 -, felt\u00e9ve, hogy a t\u00f6rl\u00e9st t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny nem z\u00e1rja ki;
    \u2022 d) az adatkezel\u00e9s c\u00e9lja megsz\u0171nt, vagy az adatok t\u00e1rol\u00e1s\u00e1nak t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyben meghat\u00e1rozott hat\u00e1rideje lej\u00e1rt;
    \u2022 e) az adat t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9t a b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g vagy a Hat\u00f3s\u00e1g elrendelte.
    (2) T\u00f6rl\u00e9s helyett az z\u00e1roljuk a szem\u00e9lyes adatot, ha az \u00c9rintett ezt k\u00e9ri, vagy ha a rendelkez\u00e9s\u00e9re \u00e1ll\u00f3 inform\u00e1ci\u00f3k alapj\u00e1n felt\u00e9telezhet\u0151, hogy a t\u00f6rl\u00e9s s\u00e9rten\u00e9 az \u00d6n jogos \u00e9rdekeit. Az \u00edgy z\u00e1rolt szem\u00e9lyes adat kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag addig kezelhet\u0151, ameddig fenn\u00e1ll az adatkezel\u00e9si c\u00e9l, amely a szem\u00e9lyes adat t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9t kiz\u00e1rta.
    5.3 Hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9shez val\u00f3 jog
    (1) \u00d6n jogosult arra, hogy visszajelz\u00e9st kapjon t\u0151l\u00fcnk arra vonatkoz\u00f3an, hogy szem\u00e9lyes adatainak kezel\u00e9se folyamatban van-e, \u00e9s ha ilyen adatkezel\u00e9s folyamatban van, akkor jogosult arra, hogy a szem\u00e9lyes adatokhoz \u00e9s az al\u00e1bbi inform\u00e1ci\u00f3khoz hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9st kapjon:

    3. Legal basis for processing<\/b>
    We process your personal data in accordance with the data protection legislation in force for the following purposes
    – on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR: on the basis of your voluntary informed consent
    – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the User, as data subject, is a party (performance of a contract)

    4. Scope of data processed by us, purpose and duration of data processing<\/b>
    4.1 Identification of users:
    Scope of the data processed: the use of the services we provide (web hosting service; brokerage service) is subject to an order. The services we provide (hosting services, hosting space, hosting services) are based on the following data:<\/p>

    5.1 Right to request information
    (1) At your request, we will inform you in writing, including by electronic means, without undue delay and at the latest within 25 days of the date of your request, of the data processed by us or by a processor on our behalf, the source of the data, the purposes, legal basis and duration of the processing, the name and address of the processor and the activities of the processor in relation to the processing, and, in the case of a transfer of your personal data, the legal basis and the recipient of the transfer.
    (2) The information shall be provided free of charge.
    However, if the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of its repetitive nature, subject to the administrative costs of providing the information or information requested or of taking the action requested:
    – (a) a reasonable fee may be charged; or
    – (b) refuse to act on the request.
    In any event, we shall bear the burden of proving that the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
    5.2 Right to cancellation
    (1) We are obliged to delete personal data if

    (1) You may object to the processing of your personal data if
