OWNER HAS 24 -36HS TO CONFIRM THE AVAILABILITY

Our rental agreement will be attached after inquiry has been confirmed. Please sign and return to us within 48 hours to secure the apartment.

We require payment of 30% of the first thirty (30) days rent with the signed rental agreement.
05.
The remaining 70% of the first thirty (30) days rent is due when we meet for the walk-thru, key transfer, and turnover of your apartment.
06.
A security deposit is also due at the turnover.
07.
For your safety and well-being, turnovers are always in person. Please confirm your arrival time as soon as possible, but at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Payments are due every thirty (30) days based on the date of turnover. For example, if the turnover date was the 19th of the first month, then each month’s rent will always be due on the 19th.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 24 hours of the conclusion of your stay.
